The divorce of natural science and religion has been damaging to both. »
- Charles Taylor
This paper will look at how the current conditioning of both religious and scientific institutions are hurting knowledge and evolution and creating an illusory divide between the two. I am using the
Emerge Art sequence above,
Who is Joan of Arc, to argue how religion and science are oblivious to new knowledge because of their learned biases. I am a transdisciplinary artist who uses theoretical physics to calculate time and space when and where certain phenomena should occur to document how particles come together to create forms. My aim has always been to document and verify what I perceived, to gather knowledge and understanding that I could share in my art practice. I never expected to confront such extreme, hard wired brainwashed people.
Ironically, both science and religion began with observations of nature. Where the first examined the rules of nature to develop reason in humans, the second evolved away from nature to develop an intuitive and exalted relationship with invisible forces in an attempt to be better than nature.
Google defines science like this: the intellectual and practical activity encompassing the
systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and
natural world through observation and experiment.
Then defines religion like this: the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods.
The way the two fields of study are argued by many scholars is often biased and sadly based on the categorical denial of presently recordable phenomena that may have been at the origin of religion. In other words, we now have evidence that supports that the apparently magical phenomena that were described as miracles were real, not figments of people's imaginations. Some stories were no doubt the result of human imagination, but not all.
The Bill Nye & Ken Ham debate on Science vs Religion, for example, focused on
a) writings in an old book ( The Bible ) that "believers" must NEVER question and
b) an argument about the material aspect of geology, to debate the issue of when the world was created. How would this argument have benefitted from understanding the role of
gravity, the
Theory of Everything, the
Theory of Extra-Dimensions? For one thing, they could both have evidence that nature is not done surprising us and defying our reason. Today we have the technology to fuse the scientific and religious perspectives of nature BUT we are hard-wired by millennia of programming not to do it?! However there will come an unavoidable tipping point as more and more people will document phenomena that were previously thought to be mythical.
There is the argument by comedians Ricky Gervais and Bill Maher, for example, who laugh at the concept that people could believe there is a big guy in the sky. I photographed this very significant phenomena when I was testing my equation for TOE:
It looks just like a BIG GUY IN THE SKY!!!!! To be fair, the phenomena did not give me a set of rules to bring back to humanity, it did not talk to me. It seemed to me that it came to look at me the way I was there to photograph IT. Scientists have brilliantly told me they were just cloud formations. They cannot even hear that what they are looking at is gravity compressing particles into a definite shape, a HUMAN shape, that I had predicted would manifest at that time in that space! They "believe" I have a religious or new-age agenda SO they cannot even verify the actuals! THAT IS UNSCIENTIFIC! Religious people fear it could be the DEVIL or impure because it comes from nature instead of man! They prefer, and are deeply conditioned to, think that God is only real in the old books written by old men thousands or hundreds of years ago. They were taught they could NOT see God without these books and these teachers, that everything else is blasphemy. Their minds refuse to see the similarities between the above evidence and Ezekiel's vision because IF THEY DID, they could be doomed. From my perspective, I think Ezekiel perceived a similar event as the three events above. I prove my "apparitions" with photographs but cannot pierce the crusty conditioning, never mind about all the vested interests from both side of the argument. It is clear that all those men pontificating to us, and earning huge amounts of money for doing it, will NEVER admit they are wrong. And I am not asking them to either. I am showing YOU evidence and allowing YOU to see what our new technology is capable of. I want to develop an app that will allow us to speak with nature and Spirit directly! That is our future.
« All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed.
Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being
self-evident. »
« The fundament upon which all our knowledge and learning rests is the inexplicable. »
« The discovery of truth is prevented more effectively, not by the false
appearance things present and which mislead into error, not directly by
weakness of the reasoning powers, but by preconceived opinion, by
prejudice. »
-Arthur Schopenhauer
My argument uses the phenomena of water speaking to us in images because it is
EVIDENCE. If science was truly interested in "
the intellectual and practical activity encompassing the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment. " it would take this feature of water, of nature, seriously and try to understand what is happening here. I have provided the one thing that science needs above all else to live up to its standard for truth:
EVIDENCE! Look at the example provided above that concerns
Joan of Arc. The images made in water show there is a profound intelligence responding to my question. It is documented that the young woman disguised herself as a man, the fact that got her killed. Observe the androgynous nature of the face bottom right. The story is that Angels informed the young French girl on the extraordinary actions she had to take in the name of
God. In image 2, we see the face of a young girl looking up at a mysterious being. This is in line with the story of this martyred Saint.

When religion denies science, it is denying the possibility that we can now understand
God, that we can understand this mystery objectively,
with our new technology, that we can transcend the old books and see the mysterious for ourselves. It is robbing us of our inalienable right to commune with
the Force that gave us life and the means to survive. Again I use the
evidence of water responding to the question "who is
Joan of Arc?" All the major religions have reported miracles related to water:
http://www.africanwater.org/religion.htm / http://www.waterencyclopedia.com/Po-Re/Religions-Water-in.html Emerge Art suggests that water is very close to
God or
the Divine or creation. The photographs are
EVIDENCE that pure creation occurs in water and, perhaps, pure creation occurs in nature in ways yet undocumented! Science and religion should be looking at the
living phenomena instead of arguing over
books written millennia ago. Both should look at the
new evidence that heralds new knowledge! Understanding this NATURAL function of water will answer many questions both scientific and theological, this cannot be stopped.
