This past Monday the Quebec Drama Federation announced this winter's line-up of drama, comedy and even burlesque. Here are a few titles:

Louis Riel: A Comic-Strip Stage Play by Rutswerk Refinery
Moby Dick by Persephone Productions
Boeing Boeing by Lakeshore Players
Bus Stop by Centaur Theatre

Now playing at Centaur Theatre until February 6th 2016, the very moving Pig Girl by Imago Theatre. Governor General’s Award Winner, Colleen Murphy, did an extraordinary job of synthesizing the complex criminal case of "Willie" Pickton, the pig farmer who murdered countless aboriginal women for years. The performance of RENELTTA ARLUK as Dying Girl blew me away. She remains true to her character's painful tragedy and increasing discomfort until you can stand it no more! The entire cast takes us on a very disconcerting journey into hell!
