The exhibition has a lot of material for you to consider: poetry, videos, drawings, performances, music, photography, a replica of a Russian jail and even a space where you can take it all in with books and comfortable seats to help you understand and appreciate what you saw.
The colours and the sounds are loud and shout out the anger and frustration of the restrictive Putin regime. I don't have a high opinion of Vladimir whom I consider a mass murdering war criminal so I can so relate to the motivation of these artists.
These women are reacting so rebelliously at a tipping point in modern societies where women's rights are being chipped away by rising conservatism and the fears of old men who see their personal power waning. All of a sudden, many men in positions of power, Putin, want women to devote themselves to producing babies. They, all the terrorists nations, have killed and raped almost all the last batch of young, they need more!
I feel very rebellious as I observe and appreciate their work. But we MUST pay attention! We are not immune from creepy leaders who commit all types of crimes in their lust for power.
