Le festival commence demain et voici quelques titres qui m'ont interpellées:
L'HÉRITIER d'Édith Jorish raconte l'histoire de son grand-père, Georges Jorisch qui est né d'une famille d'intellectuelle juive à Vienne. Sa famille collectionnait et possédait des trésors de Gustav Klimt et Ferdinand Georg Waldmüller. La famille s'est fait interner dans les camps de concentration et après la guerre Georges émigre à Montréal. Soixante-dix ans plus tard, lui et sa petite fille retournent en Europe pour réclamer leur héritage.• THE HEIR from director Édith Jorish is the story of her grandfather, Georges Jorisch who was born in the Jewish intellectual community in Vienna. His family collected art and possessed such treasures as works from Gustav Klimt and Ferdinand Georg Waldmüller. The family was sent to internment camps and after the war Georges emigrated to Montreal. Seventy years later, he and his granddaughter travel back to Europe to reclaim their heritage.
