The Gala IDEE is an annual event organized by Groupe 3737, aiming to highlight the importance of Inclusion, Diversity and Entrepreneurial Excellence. Following a call for entrepreneurial projects, 12 finalists representing each category have been selected (3 per category). A jury of industry experts will determine the 4 winners, who will receive their trophy for each category during the Gala IDEE.

Groupe 3737 is a non-profit organization whose mission is to create wealth through entrepreneurial projects carried out by individuals from ethnocultural diversity. Based in Montreal, Groupe 3737 represents pride in accomplishment, economic independence, the possibility of taking one's place in Canadian society and to contribute to its wealth while maintaining ethnic identity. Groupe 3737 is mobilizing nationally with 12 offices in Canada, by offering 8 free entrepreneurial support programs (training, workshops, personalized coaching, infrastructure access.…) and the Supporting Black Communities in Canada initiative to make a real difference for entrepreneurs of ethnocultural diversity.

This success is also the result of a solid partnership with the Government of Canada. The GALA IDEE is the stage where we celebrate entrepreneurs of ethnocultural diversity, these IMPACTORS who through their creativity, their energy, their resilience transform communities (the community) and lay solid milestones for a Canada that is always radiant and prosperous." declares Louis-Edgar Jean-François, CPA, CEO Groupe 3737
